For unto us a child is born
Unto us a son is given
And his name shall be called Wonderful Counsellor
The mighty God, The Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.
This is just a small part of a nativity set that was given to my parents in 1968.
Every year my mother took it out and carefully arranged on the buffet.
When she pass away in 2011 it was given to me.
I cherish this gift and hope it will be handed down to our kids and that they will cherish it as much as I do

Such a beautiful set! This year we took our family's set over to my mom's place. She really enjoyed setting it up in her room at the assisted living facility. I also found out that she helped set up other nativity scenes in the common area. It is a strong connection for her. I will have to bring mine out next year as I know she would love to see it.
