Chinook Blog Partner Blog Hop

I was lucky to have my name chosen to play along in Mellisa's Blog Partner Blog Hop. Mellisa sent  this  lovely 'pond' glazed leaf pendant to work with.  The colors are amazing!

The necklace is made with Mellisa's lovely pendant, and I added a Vintaj Swirl Charm for a bit of contrast.  The tiny fall-inspired lampwork beads are from Pebble Dreams.  I just love these little beads as they make wonderful, colorful spacers.  Vintaj chain and lobster clasp finish the piece.
I must have taken upwards of 30 photos of this piece and still I did not feel like I got 'the one'.

'Glorious Autumn'

A big thank you to Mellisa for letting me play along in my very first Blog Partner Hop!
Please visit Lucid Moon Studio and Copper Diem to see what they made.

I think your picture is great! Your choice of background perfectly accents the rustic feel of your necklace! Love your bead choices, too! This is a beautiful necklace for fall, and by the way, the perfect length to wear with sweaters!

Way cool necklace!! Love colors and the way the beads and pendant just pop! Getting just the right photo is always a bit tough, especially with long necklaces, but yours is great.

Beautiful necklace! I really like your autumn design and the addition of the swirl charm-a really nice touch.

I think your photo looks great! I am curious about the number 21 though. I am a photographer and look at every aspect of a photo (it is a blessing and a curse)!

Love it Alice! Your color choices are gorgeous, I can't believe how well the bright accent beads go with the Pond glaze, I never would have tried that myself :)
