And a dinner tour in the warehouse where all the Mardi Gras floats were stored 

As I was taking these photos outside I saw this

We're All Ears :: January

Our inspiration is the Pantone 2015 Fashion Colors for Spring

I was going to make a pair of earrings for each color but that proved to be too much.

 For the custard color:

For the blues I put them together:

For Marsala;

'Red, Red Wine'

For the Lavender Herb:

Star Frost Challenge

'Winter Wonderland'

Most of the beads came from the Kit

But I added some from my stash

I'm still looking for the perfect clasp

The beautiful focal was made by Andrew.

30 Words Thursday

 For  unto us a child is born

Unto us a son is given

And his name shall be called Wonderful Counsellor

The mighty God, The Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.

This is just a small part of a nativity set that was given to my parents in 1968.

Every year my mother took it out and carefully arranged on the buffet.

When she pass away in 2011 it was given to me.

I cherish this gift and hope it will be handed down to our kids and that they will cherish it as much as I do
