Week Fifteen: A Moment of Focus
Allowing yourself to focus on one moment, one subject.
A crisp, clear moment of focus.
Spring has been a long time coming to our area. Yesterday I saw that our Ornamental Pear had bloomed.
These blooms don't stick around long so I chose to capture this moment in time before the blooms faded away.
And I couldn't resit showing these tiny leaf buds on the crab tree.
Be sure to check Sally's blog to see more.
Alice, your photos are beautiful! I'm still patiently waiting for some sign of Spring. I love the delicate pear blossoms, you are right they don't stay around long enough! Have a great weekend!!!
ReplyDeleteWhat gorgeous photos! I was guessing the blossom was on an apple tree - close, but no cigar :) x
ReplyDeleteHow lucky to get the pear blossom shot - it is beautiful. I think a few of us went with Spring blossoms this week. A great reason to take photos!
ReplyDeleteGreat photos of your spring blossoms. This is such a beautiful time of the year.
ReplyDeleteThe Pear blossoms are pretty and delicate, but I really like those baby leaves! You got the shallow depth of field just to my liking, too!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful photos! The spring blooms really do last only a moment and you captured them at the right time.
ReplyDeleteAlice your depth of field photos are spectacular. I would have guessed plum blossom on the first photo. It will be a while yet before there are blooms here. Your photo was so good I could almost smell spring and I will sure be glad when it is here.
ReplyDeleteSpring had to really fight hard this year....
