Our assignment this week is to try our hand at Industrial Photography.
Living in a very tiny town does not afford much in the way of industrial shots but here goes.
Industrial from another era.
A fire starter for our grill. I love the rust,
Inside the fire starter.
As Always, thanks for stopping by.
Great pics! I love the first one from another era - perfect!
ReplyDeleteWhat is the first one... Loks a bit like a butter churn but I think it's too small to be that! Your rusty fire starter is very photogenic!
ReplyDeleteGreat photos - I like the rust too. It's always interesting.
ReplyDeleteLooking at your thumbnail I wandered what it was. You found an interesting way to show industrial.
ReplyDeleteOh Alice, these are awesome! I do love the rust, too. What's the first pic? Is it a flour sifter??
ReplyDeleteThe first piece is just incredible, I love it! The rust and the circle pattern on the second is very cool!
ReplyDeleteHa! I knew the thumbnail had something to do with a grill! Is the top picture a whipped cream maker?
ReplyDeleteLovely rustic textures there, great images.
ReplyDeleteI love the butter churn, my mom had one that was like it. It also brings back memories of churning butter.
ReplyDeleteWonderful pictures, Alice, I love them! What IS that first item?....and you have a lovely fire-built patina on that firestarter! You may want to cut that up some day and use it for jewelry LOL.
ReplyDeleteIt was a toughy this week, wasn't it?? Love the first pic - is it a milk frother??
ReplyDeleteGreat pics...I too love the first one...I love old kitchen tools....Thanks for posting.
ReplyDeleteLove the rusty shots! I'd love to put out some sculptures that would just rust, but my husband hates when things look old. argh! ;-)
ReplyDeleteGreat shots, rusty shots are always a good thing!
