Our assignment this week is to photo what we are eating. Sounds like fun!
I have a sweet tooth and never pass up a chance to eat sweets, so it stands to reason my photo would be something sweet.
This week we celebrated my husband's birthday. His mother, who is a wonderful cook and baker, made cupcakes with the help of her grandson. Thankfully my huband knows how to share! I'll be eating this one as soon as I finish this post.

Oh, I love that!! Homemade cupcakes are so yummy, and perfect for a birthday. Cupcakes are so fashionable now, but in all honesty the ones with the icing on top looking like something pooped on them just do NOT appeal to me! I'm sure they're good...but, no, just no. Icing needs to be done like your MIL did! :-)
ReplyDeleteOh my word - I have a terrible sweet tooth as well. So much so that I can't even have things like that in the house. And when I DO have the chance to grab a little something? Watch out! :)
